Come and listen to a 'lecture' by abstract painter Vladimír Váchal, who will guide you through his week-long journey across the DPRK. He was unable to obtain permission for a longer stay. You can see everything he experienced—or rather, what he was allowed to see—through a vast collection of photographs taken in May 2016. From this unconventional journey and others, he brings back many interesting items that you will have the opportunity to view and purchase after the event. Venture into a land where time has stood still and everything is subject to strict order. Come and see the face of North Korea in the 21st century, in the pre-covid era."
